Vavaniya Dham is located near Morbi, Gujarat, approximately 40 km from Morbi and 226 km from Ahmedabad via NH947. It is recognized as the place where Neem Karoli Baba lived in deep meditation and spiritual retreat for 6–7 years, long before he became known to the world.
During his stay here, Maharaj-ji resided beside a pond. Local villagers often referred to him as Talaiya Baba (The Pond Saint). Stories abound of his miracles — food offered mysteriously vanished, and sweets appeared, shared as blessings. Here, he installed a Hanuman murti on the banks of the pond, a symbol of his lifelong devotion.
